each tablet contain 20mg aspartame
small white tablets quickly dissolve specially in hot solutions and it has natural sugar taste. it has sweetening power more than natural sugar by 200times ,mean each tablet to be equal 4g of natural sugar and give 0.08calorie for the body .as aspartame derived from vegetal sources so it do not cause any side effect which other sweetening agent cause like sodium saccharinate.
diabetic patient-obese people who advised to decrease daily calories intake, so replacing natural sugar by asparsina which contain less calories by 100 times than natural sugar.
for adult’s (1-2) tablets for a cup of coffee, tea, ptesan or any other soft drink as required sweetness.
CHILDREN :in case of diarrhea it is indicated to replace natural sugar by asparsina.
