Each tablet contains the following active materials:
- Yohimbin 5mg
- Vit.E 25mg
- Yohimbin 5mg
- Vit.E 25mg
Yohimbin produces a presynaptic alfa2-adrenoceptor blocker of short duration.
Its action on peripheral blood vessels similar to reserpine, but its action shorter and
weaker than reserpine. ,
It increases .the peripheral activity of parasympathetic and decreases the sympathetic activity.
The male sexual performance is linked to cholinergic system and to alfa2- adrenergic receptors blocker which increases the penile blood flow, decreases the outflow, or both.
In high doses, yohimbin might affect the mood of the patient. It has mild anti diuretic effect, probably via stimulation of hypothalamus and release of posterior pituitary hormones.
Vitamin E participates in the formation and maintenance of structures of mesodermal origin, and participates in the nucleic metabolism and in the respiratory chain.
* It acts as biological antioxidant, preventing the spontaneous oxidation of highly
unsaturated compounds to aggressive free radicals, as well as the carcinogenic
nitrosamines. •
It reduces the toxic action of oxygen and improves utilization of oxygen. This combination of 'yohimbin and vit. E allows good maintenance to the function of the body, in particular, in the elderly, and it is used as an aphrodisiac. It could be used, as well, as a sympatholytic and mydriatic.

The C.N.S. effects include anti-dieresis, central excitation including elevation of blood pressure and increase in heart rate irritability and some time tremor. Sweating nausea, dizziness, headache, skin flushing might rarely occur.
Vit. E antagonizes the effect of Vit. K which leads to the prolongation of bleeding time.
One tablet three times daily, or according to the physician instructions.
