Gripcure Day (for day use) each film coated tablet contains:
Paracetamol 325mg + Dextromethorphan Hbr 15mg + Pseudoephedrine Hcl 30mg.
Gripcure Night (for night use) each film coated tablet contains:
Paracetamol 325mg + Dextromethorphan Hbr 15mg + Pseudoephedrine Hcl 30mg + Chlorpheniramine maleate 2mg.

Gripcure Night (for night use) each film coated tablet contains:
Paracetamol 325mg + Dextromethorphan Hbr 15mg + Pseudoephedrine Hcl 30mg + Chlorpheniramine maleate 2mg.
Gripcure Day & Night is used to relieve these cold symptoms: cough - sore throat - headaches - nasal congestion - minor aches and pains - temporarily reduces fever. Gripcure Night is used to relieve these cold symptoms: runny nose - sneezing ¬water and itchy eyes.
Hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or to any of the constituents.
Alcohol warning: If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take acetaminophen or other pain relievers reducers.
Paracetamol may cause liver damage.
Sore throat warning: If sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days, is
accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea or vomiting, consult a
doctor promptly.
Do not use:
I. If you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidize inhibitor (MAGI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease) or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAGI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.
II. With any other product containing Paracetamol .
III. Ask a doctor before use if you have: Heart disease - glaucoma - diabetes - thyroid disease - cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus) - high blood pressure - a breathing problem or chronic cough that lasts as occurs with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis or emphysema - trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland.
IV. When using this product: Do not exceed recommended dosage - drowsiness may occur - avoid alcoholic drinks - alcohol, sedatives and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness - be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery.
V. Stop use and ask a doctor if: Pain, nasal congestion or cough gets sores or lasts for more than 7 days - fever gets worse or lasts for more than 3 days - redness or swelling is present - you get nervous, dizzy or sleepless, cough comes back or occurs with rash or headache that lasts.
VI. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid alcoholic drink.
VII. Patients should not take other analgesic and antipyretic drugs during the treatment with Gripcure Day & Night.
VIII. Should be used with caution in patients with hepatic disorders or kidney damage.

Gripcure Day & Night tablets may interact with anticoagulant agents on prothrombin time.

Medical advice should be sought during pregnancy and lactation before using this product.
Adults and children 12 years or over:
Gripcure Day: 2 tablets every 6 hours or as directed by physician (using during day).
Gripcure Night: 2 tablets just before bed or as directed by physician.
Gripcure Day: 2 tablets every 6 hours or as directed by physician (using during day).
