Each chewable tablet contains :
- 400 mg Aluminium hydroxide dry gel
- 400 mg Magnesium.
- 400 mg Aluminium hydroxide dry gel
- 400 mg Magnesium.
Anti acid for the treatment of heartburn, hyperacidity, hyperacidity associated with the diagnosis of peptic ulcer gastritis, digestion inflammation and phreno hernia.
- Sever renal function impairment except under medical supervision
- This product should not be used when there is a doubt of having an appendics vermiform problem due to the increased danger of rupter due to their constipation or laxative effects.

Aluminium: may cause constipation - Magnesium: may cause diarrhea .
It is not recommended to use FORTILOX if the patient is using any form of Tetracycline at the time but after 2 hours and the general rule is after using antiacid and the following drugs : Tetracycline – Isoniazid – Digoxin – Cimidine and derivatives – Indomethacine – Aspirine – Antihistamine – B.blokers.
* In fase 2 and 3 of pregnancy high doses should be avoided .
* There is no studies that prevents using antiacid during breast feeding .
* patients who suffer from diabetes should not use FORTILOX as it contains 50 mg of sucrose and the rest of the sweet taste in it is caused by ASPERTAM .
* It is not advisable to use Fortilox with the maximum daily dosage for more than two weeks.
