each suppository:
For infants contains paracetamol 100 mg.
For children contains paracetamol 300 mg.
For adults contains paracetamol 500 mg.

paracetamol works as analgesic and antipyretic with low activity as an anti inflammatory which decreases pain threshold in the center of the brain , it is more preferable than aspirin because it has less side effects.
strong analgesic for headaches, menstrual pains, rheumatism, joints, backache, after surgeries, toothaches and all pains especially for patients who have stomach complains. It is also used effectively in common colds, flu, influenza, fevers.
it is well tolerated, though it is not advised to be used from patients who have high allergy to paracetamol or one of the product ingredients which are rare cases.
using SINADOL as prescribed doesn’t cause any side effects. In rare cases it may cause dermal allergy which disappears upon stop using this medication.
with Phenobarbital, phenitoine, anti-depressants.
use with caution in patients with hepatic or renal failure.

Babies supp.: One suppository 100 mg 2 – 3 times daily.
Children supp.: From 1 – 5 years of age one suppository 300 mg 3 times daily.
Adult supp.: From 12 years and adults one suppository 500 mg 2 – 3 times daily.
Adult tab.: 1 – 2 tablets 3 – 4 times daily.
Or as prescribed by the doctor.
